Information we collect

Land Exchange USA is operated by French Fam LLC. When you submit an inquiry, we collect the information you provide, including your contact details, location and property preferences or property details, budget or expected price, referral source, and message.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to review and respond to the request, evaluate whether we may be able to help, maintain business records, prevent spam, and protect the site. Valid submissions enter a dedicated website-lead review store and are marked for prompt owner review. A submission does not automatically create an operational CRM record.

KF Land Deals OS and Google user data

KF Land Deals OS is used only by authorized app users. Its default Google Sheets access is read-only. Separately owner-enabled workflows may request Google Sheets access to perform a specifically approved write, and an optional Google Contacts workflow may request Contacts access. Those permissions are used only for the owner-selected app workflow. Public website visitors do not authorize Google access.

Google OAuth credentials and tokens are stored outside public website forms and browser code. The website does not collect Google passwords, OAuth tokens, desktop OAuth client files, or workbook credentials.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by service providers that operate this website and, when appropriate and with suitable disclosure, professionals involved in a potential land transaction. Website-lead data is retained while review or follow-up is reasonably needed, and may be archived or deleted under the owner’s retention process and applicable obligations.
