KF Land Deals OS

KF Land Deals OS is the owner-operated application used to review website leads and support seller, buyer, research, calling, and owner-approved Google workflows.

Public visitors do not authorize Google access.

Website forms submit only the information shown on the form to a dedicated review store. They do not sign visitors into Google, access a visitor’s Google account, or write directly to a CRM workbook.

Google access belongs to authorized app users.

The installed desktop application uses a Desktop OAuth client. Depending on an owner-enabled workflow, it may request Google Sheets read-only access, separately gated Sheets write access, or Google Contacts access. Public website code never receives the desktop client JSON, tokens, or workbook credentials.

Owner review stays in control.

Website submissions are marked HOT/P1 for prompt review, but no contact, seller, buyer, APN, match, deal, offer, or contract is created automatically.

Owner review required: Product, privacy, and legal language must be reviewed by the owner and appropriate counsel before production activation.
